If you are looking for a comfortable frame entry, a low-maintenance bike and the total package of features, Greta is the right choice. Whether for commuting, shopping, as a family bike or for longer tours - Greta is equipped for many uses with an 8-speed transmission.
Ready for any daily challenges
The Schindelhauer trademark is visible: combining functionality with minimalistic design, for example, via an integrated lighting system in the fenders with internal cable routing. Among the highlights are the front rack along with the VarioStrap system, keeping the load secure. As the rack is mounted onto the frame, even heavier items won’t interfere with the steering. Greta is perfect for riding with a child seat due to its low top tube, making it easier to get on and off the bike. Thanks to the dual bicycle stand the bike will not tilt sideways when loading your child or your baggage.

Enough clearance for large-volume tyres, sufficient loading height for the front carrier and a relaxed riding position were the goals when developing the geometry for Greta. The low bottom bracket and long head tube achieved just that. Even cobblestone paths become a new favourite shortcut with this riding comfort.

Stable, robust and yet a true lightweight - the frame is made of high-quality 6061 aluminium. The smoothed weld seams using the "flat-welding" process are a visual highlight. -
Frame-mounted front rack
Due to the mounting on the frame, the steering behaviour remains agile even with larger loads. An integral part of the carrier concept are the innovative tensioning straps (VarioStraps), which can be individually adapted to the size and shape of the load. -
Designed for Gates Carbon Drive
The patented Belt Port, an almost invisible opening at the dropout, makes it possible to change the belt drive. The carriage tensioning system is used for optimal adjustment of the belt tension.

Whether extended tours with climbs or speedy tailwind passages, the Shimano Nexus 8-speed transmission offers enough leeway with a spread of 307%. Shift and brake levers are optimally integrated in the tidy cockpit and easy to reach. The high-quality rubber grips ensure optimum grip even on uneven terrain.
